Cancellation Policy
The M.O.B Esthetics & Bridal requires a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, as we operate by appointment only. To respect the time of both our clients and providers, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise; however, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, failure to show up for your appointment, forgetting your appointment, or choosing to forgo your scheduled service for any reason will be considered a no-show.
Additionally, clients are required to communicate if they are running late. If there is no communication within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be marked as a no-show.
All no-shows will result in a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance of the services booked.
